Bradken seeks a Field Technical Support Engineer to connect mining operations with our SAM engineering team. This fully remote role emphasizes field inspections, wear analysis, and data collection to drive product development.

You will travel to mine sites primarily in the North of Chile and support the engineering group with real-world validation. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in mining or heavy industry, a mechanical engineering degree, and proficiency with 3D modeling, scanning, and

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years mining operations or heavy industry experience.
• Experience with field inspections, shutdown support, and wear assessment.
• Ability to travel to mine sites including high altitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site inspections, wear assessments, and scanning during shutdowns.
• Gather technical data and liaise with Central Engineering for analysis.
• Support investigations and validate product performance in the field.
• Build strong client relationships through ongoing field presence.
