Bradken is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer - Product Development to join its global mining engineering team. This fully remote role requires on-site field involvement primarily in the North of Chile, with travel to mine sites as needed.

You will support product development through wear analysis, inspections, data gathering, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in mining operations or related heavy industries, strong problem-solving skills,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in mining operations or heavy industries.
• Experience in field inspections, shutdown support, wear assessment.
• Proficiency with 3D scanning, modeling and measurement methods.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical inspections, wear assessments, and mill liner scanning during shutdowns and campaigns.
• Gather critical on-site data and liaise with Central Engineering for performance analysis and new designs.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis for product performance and installation conditions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through field presence and on-site engineering support.
• Ensure a 360° safety culture by complying with health and safety standards.
