Bradken seeks a Field Technical Support Engineer – Product Development to bridge on-site mining operations with our SAM engineering team. The role emphasizes field inspections, wear analysis, and data-driven design input from real-world conditions.

You will travel to mines (including high altitude) primarily in the North of Chile, with flexible scheduling and a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaborative problem solving with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in mining operations or heavy industry.
• Experience in field inspections and wear assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field inspections and wear assessments at mine sites.
• Perform mill liner scanning during shutdowns and campaigns.
• Gather on-site data and collaborate with Central Engineering for performance analysis.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis of product performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through on-site support.
