Jobgether in Chile is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to own the inorganic growth strategy, lead the full acquisition lifecycle, and evaluate strategic alliances, joint ventures, and major partnerships. Reporting to the CFO, you will build financial models, run due diligence, and drive recommendations for senior leadership.

This is a fully remote, autonomous role with exposure to strategic decision-making.

Formación

• 8+ years of corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
• Experience sourcing and developing acquisition opportunities.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience coordinating due diligence and presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience with strategic alliances, joint ventures, or major partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop valuations, scenario, and sensitivity models for prospective acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across departments.
• Lead diligence on target leadership and provide recommendations for deal structure.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and retention/equity considerations.
• Prepare materials for executive and board-level investment decisions.
• Track completed transactions and report on integration costs and synergies.
• Develop budgets for acquisitions and integration planning.
