Capital.com seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day management, drive the strategic plan, and ensure regulatory compliance in Chile. You will oversee finance, risk, technology, and client services while guiding the executive team toward sustainable growth and strong governance.

The role requires a deep understanding of the Chilean market, CMF rules, and experience building high‑performing teams in financial services.

Formación

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean financial regulations and CMF requirements.
• Proven ability to drive strategic objectives and ensure governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day management and execution of strategic objectives.
• Oversee finance, compliance, risk, technology, client servicing, and HR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards are met.
• Engage with regulators, investors, and clients to maintain trust.
• Develop internal controls and oversight to safeguard interests.
