This fully remote role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners and affiliates, building long-term relationships, and expanding our presence across Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and more.

• Fluent in Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• Identify and onboard potential partners and affiliates across LATAM.
• Develop initiatives to expand and retain the partner network with KPIs.
• Train partners on offerings and market developments; monitor performance via KPIs.
