THE/STUDIO is a fully remote, globally distributed company seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own post-sales relationships and guide clients through product development and custom manufacturing journeys.

You will onboard new customers, demystify the production process, and coordinate between clients, our design team, and factory/sourcing partners to keep projects on track and deliverables met.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing ops.
• Empathy and ability to guide novices and communicate clearly with experienced buyers.
• Experience coordinating between client, design, and factory/sourcing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end post-sales onboarding and client education on manufacturing workflows.
• Coordinate between clients, design specialists, and factory/sourcing teams to keep projects moving.
• Identify and unblock bottlenecks in client, design, or production stages to prevent delays.
• Provide consultative input on garment construction, fabrics, and technical specs as needed.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell as projects mature.
• Maintain a clean portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts with notes and milestones.
• Gather and share real-time customer feedback to improve the platform.
