The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly organized Podcast Account Manager to own end-to-end success for assigned shows in a fully remote team.

You’ll manage guest booking, production coordination, and client communication, ensuring seamless publication and a superior guest experience across multiple clients. You’ll leverage AI tools to research guests, streamline outreach, and support production workflows while keeping projects on track, updating clients, and maintaining polished, professional

Formación

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or production coordination.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Proven ability to manage multiple shows, guests, and deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and outreach.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest booking pipeline for assigned podcast shows.
• Coordinate production workflows across editors, designers, and clients.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for podcast clients.
• Ensure episodes are delivered and published on time.
• Track timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals.
• Utilize AI tools to improve research, outreach, and scheduling.
• Maintain organized systems and documentation for shows.
