Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a high-energy B2B Outbound Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition for a U.S. market intelligence provider.

You will own the outbound pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and close monthly and annual subscription deals. Demos, quotes, billing and onboarding are handled by the leadership team.

This remote role is LATAM-based, full-time independent contractor with EST business hours and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proven experience with cold prospecting and closing B2B subscriptions.
• Confidence engaging VPs, BD Directors, C-levels, and business owners.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Pipedrive or similar platforms and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting: cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers across industrial sectors.
• Build and manage pipeline: track daily activity in CRM, manage deal stages, log interactions, and follow up.
• Sell and close: identify needs, communicate value of market intelligence, handle objections, close monthly/annual subscriptions.
• Optimize the process: work with leadership to improve CRM sequences and email templates.
• Drive consistent follow-up: combine CRM automation with personalized outreach to move opportunities.
