Job summary

Community Sports Partners seeks a hands-on salesperson to sell our platform to league operators and sports organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, demos, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

You will be evaluated on building a repeatable pipeline, closing new customers, and providing credible forecasts. Remote work with aligned North American business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B software with self-generated pipeline.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to buyers.
• CRM discipline and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Demonstrate product and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation.
