AGS Youth Soccer Club is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales process from finding prospects to discovery, demos, follow-up and closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.

Remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with English fluency and a monthly base of US$1,000 plus commissions. Exact commission terms will be agreed upon hire.

Qualificações

• Experience selling B2B software or similar consultative product.
• Evidence of self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English; confident on calls and demos.
• Disciplined CRM usage and persistent follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Run product demonstrations using approved terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture feedback.
