Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a hands-on sales professional to build the sales pipeline for RecRivals, selling B2B software to league operators and sports organizations across LATAM. You will own the process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations and closing, working directly with the founder.

This full-time remote role requires fluent English, with a base of US$1,000 per month plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English with confident calls and demos.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a repeatable prospecting routine to generate qualified conversations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and close new customers with credible opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and coordinate handover for implementation.
