Bluelight LLC is rapidly expanding its software consultancy team in Santiago, Chile. The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, leveraging top tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo to generate qualified meetings and build a predictable pipeline.

You will work with modern technologies and a collaborative team, thriving in a fast-paced environment that values growth, learning, and contribution to client projects.

Formación

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo is required.
• B2B sales experience in technology or software preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience in outbound calling is desirable.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day).
• Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach, tasks, emails, cadences, follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICP using Apollo and Clay.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects.
• Identify decision-makers with ZoomInfo and enrich data.
• Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for AEs.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
