Zusammenfassung

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing ABM specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns and build AI-powered automations that guide US-based sales teams. You will partner with account teams to identify target accounts, trigger actions, and enrich CRM data from Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Salesforce workflows.

Daily collaboration with US-based commercial teams, execution across email, LinkedIn, and ads, and a focus on data-driven pipeline growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain target account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
