Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, manage budgets, and define the roadmap and narrative when clients ask why.

You act as the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on campaigns. You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven track record of ROAS improvements, and agency experience across several clients.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with proven campaign builds and optimizations.
• Agency experience across multiple clients, managing budgets and ROAS.

Mansioni

• Own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
