Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice, making the calls during client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids and budgets, and drive ROAS with a proven track record. Remote role with US-based clients and agency experience valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
