You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and bidding, ensure robust tracking with GA4 and pixels, craft the 90-day roadmaps, and drive

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and monitor conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
