Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative behind the numbers in client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA uplift track record, agency experience with multiple clients, and clear English for US-based conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
