Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budget calls, and narratives when clients ask why. You serve as the strategic voice and make critical calls.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, tracking, and reporting, and drive 90-day roadmaps and client growth with clear ROI storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and campaign shut-off decisions.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present outcomes on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
