Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a B2B client roster. You will set budgets, craft targeting, run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and shape the roadmap and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice in client conversations. You will manage 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell, while maintaining trusted measurement

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a portfolio of B2B clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
