Global Payments is seeking a Customer Service Associate to respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, SMS and chat, delivering timely problem resolution in line with service standards.

You'll handle basic card-related requests, updates and payments for 1-2 client accounts, using GUI screens and client systems, with escalation to more experienced teams as needed. Ongoing training covers products, policies, and compliance.

Formación

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution.
• Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests.
• Escalates unresolved issues to more experienced representatives or designated departments.
• Builds knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients.
