Global Payments seeks an experienced IT professional to manage technical relationships with clients, translate business needs into technical specs, and drive revenue through solutions adoption. You will support service delivery, release management, and client governance, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

Role requires strong coding, database, and service-desk skills, with a focus on financial services software and PCI-related processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically minimum 4 years relevant experience in financial services software.
• Experience in analysis, programming and issue analysis of financial services software.
• Master's degree preferred with 6+ years relevant experience in IT.
• ITIL and PMP or equivalent certifications are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes rapport to develop technical relationships within the client's organization.
• Analyzes business objectives and acts as go-to person for services and support.
• Evaluates requirements and guides client to standard solutions to maximize revenue.
• Converts requirements into detailed technical specifications and presents them.
• Supports business in presenting Global Payments solutions to generate revenue.
• Acts as 24x7 first line Service Desk support and monitors SLAs.
• Performs routine release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project.
• Executes simple to medium complex project/development work plans.
• Maintains client system environments and documentation.
