Global Payments is seeking a customer service focused professional to respond to inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat. You will resolve routine payment and account requests using scripted guidance and GUI screens, while entering data into client systems.

The role trains on products, policies, and compliance, with escalation for more complex issues as needed. High school diploma required; no prior experience necessary.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• No prior relevant experience is required.
• Ability to navigate data entry systems and use standard scripts.
• Following established procedures with guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS and Chat to resolve issues.
• Handle tier 1 payment and account requests, such as activations and updates.
• Enter data into client systems and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Refer complex cases to more experienced agents.
