Libertex Group in Chile is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in forex or crypto to drive new IB partnerships and expand the network. You will identify, onboard, and manage partners, while promoting Libertex products and negotiating terms.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Ideal candidates will balance company interests with partner needs, perform due diligence, and deliver monthly performance reports in a fast-growing

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development within brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange or neobanks.
• Good understanding of international financial markets, preferably forex.
• Business-level fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident telephone conversation skills and strong negotiation/pitching abilities.
• Good listening skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service; maintain a positive atmosphere with partners and provide timely feedback.
• Ability to balance company and partner interests and resolve conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• On-board new IB partners.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
• Conduct continuous due diligence.
• Introduce Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners.
• Consult partners' staff on sales and monitor partner sales.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.
• Prepare monthly reports on partners' performance.
• Problem-solve with a positive, can-do approach.
