FP Markets, a well-established broker, is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Chile. The role focuses on expanding the Chilean market by onboarding IBs, affiliates, and partners, driving client acquisition, and growing revenue while navigating FX/CFD landscapes and regulatory changes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in Forex/CFDs BD, a strong network of partners, and fluency in Spanish and English. The position offers a fully remote setup with autonomy and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years of BD/sales experience in Forex/CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Chile
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
