Tether.io in Chile is searching for an experienced Expansion Manager to join its Tokenization Expansion Team. The successful candidate will manage client and partner projects from onboarding through delivery, ensuring alignment and communication between teams. With a focus on digital assets and institutional finance, ideal candidates have 3-5 years in strategy consulting or business development, a relevant degree, and strong analytical skills. Travel will be required as part of the role.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong understanding of financial assets, capital markets, and institutional finance operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Tokenization Expansion in managing client and partner projects.
• Act as an Account Manager ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
• Coordinate execution between clients, product, and tech teams.
