Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for Senior Living. You will own paid media strategy, budgets and narratives for a portfolio of senior living clients, including multi-location operators and home care agencies.

You will lead campaign planning and optimization across major platforms, ensure accurate measurement, and guide the 90‑day roadmaps and client discussions. Collaboration with the client-facing team is key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Experience in managing multiple clients within an agency setting.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign pruning decisions.
• Set up conversion tracking and reliable attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90‑day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
