Blacksmith Agency is a remote, US-facing digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients with multi-location operations. You own strategy, budgets, and narrative, guiding campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You act as the strategic voice in client meetings and drive outcomes.

You bring hands-on expertise and a proven ROAS/CPA track record. You will own the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps, manage bidding and testing, and ensure cohesive storytelling

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
