Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate performance on calls.
• Drive growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
