Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, guiding budgets, bidding and creative testing for a portfolio of multi-location HVAC and home service clients.

You are the strategic voice, making calls on when to kill a campaign, when to pivot, and how to tell the story behind the numbers on calls with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
