Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy, execution, and reporting for multi-location HVAC and home service groups, guiding budgets and roadmap during client calls.

You’ll act as the strategic voice, making calls on when to scale or kill campaigns, and you'll work with cross-client teams to drive performance and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
