Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager (HVAC) to own paid media for a book of HVAC clients, multi-location home services. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, CPA and pipeline, and own conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Remote role with US/Canada/LatAm/South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client-facing results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business paid media experience is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
