Tractebel is seeking a meticulous Document Controller for a Critical Infrastructure & Data Center project, on-site in the Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile. You will manage the project’s document control processes, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely distribution of all technical and administrative documentation.

Formación

• Degree or professional diploma in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in document control within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology projects.
• Knowledge of document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• On-site availability in Santiago Metropolitan Area.
• Experience in mission-critical/Data Center projects is valued.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project document control system, ensuring proper coding, registration, distribution, filing, and archiving of documentation.
• Maintain updated document databases with full traceability and version control.
• Coordinate receipt, review, and issuance of technical, administrative, and contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with client and company document control procedures and standards.
• Support creation of project deliverables for audits, inspections, and close-out activities.
• Provide guidance to project teams on document management processes.
• Generate periodic document control reports and track pending documents and deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth document flow.
