Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator for a Critical Infrastructure & Data Center project in Santiago, Chile. The role is on-site and focused on implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in risk prevention or related field.
• Experience managing HSE on construction, infrastructure, or technology projects.
• Knowledge of Chilean health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and supervise the HSE plan across all project phases.
• Conduct on-site inspections and verify proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate HSE inductions, trainings, and awareness activities.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
• Maintain HSE records and audits; coordinate with contractors.
