Tractebel in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Cost Controller for critical infrastructure and data center projects (on-site). You will monitor budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts, and variances across project stages, coordinating with project control, planning, contracts, procurement and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in civil/industrial/construction engineering and ≥5 years in cost/project control for large-scale construction, with EPC/EPCM contract experience and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control/Project Control within construction or infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale projects and data centers; EPC/EPCM/CM contracts experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, forecasts, EAC, variances and cost reporting.
• Proficient with project control tools; Primavera P6 and advanced Excel are valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; on-site in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cost control systems to monitor financial performance.
• Monitor budgets, actual costs, commitments, POs, contracts and forecasts.
• Prepare cost forecasts, projections and EACs.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular cost and variance reports to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Project Control, Planning, Contracts, Procurement and Finance.
• Support cost change management and contractual variations.
• Maintain traceable cost databases and records.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and implement mitigation.
• Participate in cost review meetings with stakeholders.
