Tractebel is seeking a Procurement Manager for a Critical Infrastructure & Data Center project in Santiago, Chile. This on-site role will oversee procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in procurement and supply chain management, 5–7 years in large-scale construction, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English. On-site work in a dynamic project environment is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in Chile or LATAM.
• 5–7 years of direct experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic project environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all procurement and supply chain activities for the project, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes in alignment with project needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and technical requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risks related to supply chain and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company procurement policies.
