Bechtel is seeking a seasoned Document Management Specialist in Santiago to provide document and records management services and support ECMS implementations.

The role requires experience with Aconex, MS Office, and engineering/construction projects, plus the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate, accessible records for project activities.

Formación

• Requires 6+ years of related experience in document/records management.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems and construction projects.
• Familiar with document numbering and control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Providing document and/or records management services and assists in ECMS implementation.
• Reviewing, logging, distributing, maintaining, retrieving, and managing records and revision-controlled documents.
• Providing guidance to authors in assigning unique document numbers.
• Performing daily/weekly quality checks on data entry.
• Interfacing with internal and external customers regularly.
• Assisting with questions or issues related to document control policies.
