EPAM Systems is seeking an Architect for Microsoft 365 Copilot to shape an AI productivity strategy across a mature M365 environment in Chile. You will define the Copilot roadmap, governance, and data readiness, and enable adoption with measurable ROI for corporate teams and frontline workers.

You will drive organizational capability, align teams, and establish measurement frameworks to monitor adoption and business value.

Formación

• 7+ years of M365 architecture experience at enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index.
• Governance capabilities: Purview, DLP, retention, permissions.
• Entra ID and Zero Trust security practices.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and building declarative agents.
• Power Platform integration with Copilot and dataflows.
• Expertise in SharePoint content architecture and taxonomy.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Set and evolve the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations.
• Drive change management for AI-powered productivity tools.
• Align corporate teams and frontline workers on Copilot objectives.
• Define frameworks to monitor adoption and quantify ROI.
• Coordinate with architecture and transformation stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance topics for Copilot.
• Advise on licensing choices and roadmap planning for Copilot.
