• Requires a degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering or AI/ML.
• At least 1 year leading development teams.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience taking AI-powered products to production.
• Hands-on ML with practical use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across insurance broking functions.
• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI platforms.
• Develop AI tools using LLMs, RAG, and document processing.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and operations.
• Own the AI product lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Develop testing and evaluation frameworks, including monitoring.
• Lead rapid experimentation and engineering best practices.
• Drive automation to increase throughput and productivity.
• Mentor engineers and promote reliable AI development.
• Stay updated with AI trends and apply to insurance problems.
