EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to define the Copilot roadmap and oversee readiness, governance, and adoption across the organization. You will bridge corporate teams with frontline workers and drive measurable value within a mature Microsoft ecosystem.

The role focuses on technology architecture, data governance, and business transformation, requiring deep M365 expertise and strategic leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years in M365 architecture at enterprise scale.
• Experience with tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index for Copilot grounding.
• Knowledge of Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and permissions.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and Zero Trust practices.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and building agents/connectors.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Expertise in SharePoint content architecture and lifecycle management.
• Background with Viva Suite tools for frontline engagement.
• Skills in adoption measurement using Copilot Dashboard and ROI frameworks.
• Licensing models knowledge and Ignite/Build awareness.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
