EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team in Chile. You will drive scalable platform automation, boost developer productivity, and advance AI-assisted engineering practices across GitHub Enterprise, cloud infra, and secure tooling.

Responsibilities include creating reusable GitHub Actions, building AWS infrastructure with Terraform, refining CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to DevSecOps and security standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Proficient in Python and cloud/infrastructure tooling.
• Hands-on AWS and Terraform experience.
• CI/CD, GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise proficiency.
• Experience with IaC, Docker and Linux environments.
• DevSecOps mindset with security tooling knowledge.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted workflows.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop reusable GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Contribute to DevSecOps, security, compliance and ops excellence.
• Apply AI development standards using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Support engineers through design discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning.
• Participate in production support and platform improvements.
