EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to lead the Copilot roadmap and enterprise readiness. You will validate data governance foundations and partner with corporate and frontline teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include setting the strategic adoption roadmap, conducting readiness assessments, and guiding licensing decisions for Copilot deployments across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years in M365 architecture at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index for Copilot grounding.
• Knowledge of Purview including DLP, retention, and sensitivity labels.
• Experience with Entra ID and Zero Trust security practices.
• Experience with Copilot Studio including plugins and connectors.
• Proficiency with Viva Suite for frontline engagement.
• Familiarity with Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization.
• Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations support Copilot deployment.
• Develop organizational capability and lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools.
• Align corporate teams and frontline workers to ensure shared goals for Copilot deployment.
• Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value.
• Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
• Manage governance, security, and compliance considerations tied to Copilot deployment.
• Advise teams on licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
