EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.

To achieve high-speed end-to-end delivery, you will deeply integrate GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants into your daily development cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps
• Own the full delivery process from initial concept through to live deployment
• Make independent decisions on architecture, tooling, and implementation approach with minimal oversight
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth alignment between technical and business goals
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
• Mentor and guide team members to raise overall engineering quality and efficiency
• Continuously refine internal workflows and processes to accelerate delivery speed without sacrificing quality
• Present progress updates, technical decisions, and outcomes directly to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical terms
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs while maintaining project momentum
