EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical delivery directly with clients, shaping requirements and delivering production-ready software. You’ll blend hands-on coding with architectural decisions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes in fast-moving engagements.

You will direct cross-functional teams across the full stack, ensure end-to-end ownership, and maintain strong engineering quality.

Formación

• 7+ years of practical software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years directing and overseeing engineering teams.
• Strong full-stack experience with .NET/C# backend and Angular frontend.
• Real-world AWS deployment and maintenance experience.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and drive agile delivery without BA/Scrum Master.
• Excellent English communication (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical contact for clients from kickoff to completion.
• Translate business objectives into concrete technical plans.
• Own projects from idea to production launch.
• Choose architecture and tools with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align tech and business goals.
• Identify risks and craft workarounds to protect timelines.
• Mentor engineers to raise the team's capabilities.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions in plain language.
• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements.
