Malta Dynamics is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to lead large-scale deployments across onshore and offshore teams. The role focuses on presales, high-level architecting, and solution governance within a global consulting context.

You will mentor junior staff, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and design multi-region platforms while supporting business development and proposal activities. Hybrid work in Malta with visa and relocation support included.

Formación

• Extensive IT experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to architect large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation to C-Suite.
• Experience with multi-region and offshore teams.
• Graduate in computer science or IT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Champion SME for technical and functional designs.
• Drive pre-sales activities and proposal input.
• Mentor junior and offshore staff.
• Travel abroad as required.
