EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the full analytics lifecycle and empower data-driven decisions at scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, build robust reporting systems, and solve strategic problems through rigorous data analysis.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data science/analysis, strong data modeling/visualization skills, and experience delivering KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring. English at B2 level or higher is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in data collection, data modeling, and visualization.
• Experience building reports and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to perform ad hoc analyses and research.
• Strong understanding of KPI development and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, and run deep-dive analyses to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for internal partners.
• Enable the organization to stay highly data-driven as it scales by delivering ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, including defining critical success metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights that support business strategy.
• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems into clear analytical approaches.
• Monitor key performance metrics and determine root causes of metric changes.
