You will work in an Agile/DevOps environment across SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and PowerShell, delivering governance, security, and scalable solutions.

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Administrator/Developer to manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SharePoint administration, migration activities, Teams governance, automation development, and overall platform optimization to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and PowerShell scripting, along with experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration & Development

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring security, performance, and compliance.
• Design, develop, and support SharePoint sites, solutions, and customizations.
• Manage SharePoint migrations using ShareGate and other migration tools.
• Configure and maintain custom search solutions using PnP (Patterns and Practices).
• Implement governance standards, site architecture, and content management best practices.

Microsoft Teams Administration

• Provision and manage Microsoft Teams environments.
• Create and manage Teams, channels, ownership assignments, and permissions.
• Support onboarding activities and user enablement.
• Implement and maintain Teams governance policies and lifecycle management.
• Manage and support third-party applications integrated with Teams.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain Windows PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and business processes.
• Create automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and workflows.

Power Platform Administration (Preferred)

• Administer and support Power Platform environments.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related business solutions.
• Support governance, security, and environment management for Power Platform.

Service Management & Support

• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational tickets through ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for Microsoft 365 services.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Work within Agile and DevOps frameworks for project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.

• Proven experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft Teams administration.
