Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead, to oversee end‑to‑end IT services across LATAM sites, including Chile. You will partner with business leaders and global IT to ensure reliable technology solutions, incident handling, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 6–8 years in IT service delivery, with strong vendor management, and experience in regulated environments. Travel up to 25% regionally/internationally; English required, Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Formación

• 6‑8 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, site IT operations, or technology services roles within a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of end‑user computing, network and infrastructure services, ITSM processes (incident, problem, change).
• Ability to align technology services to operational and commercial needs, manage budgets, and prioritize demand.
• Proven experience leading teams, influencing without authority, and partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and service providers, including performance management and issue escalation.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service orientation in fast‑paced site environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for technology service delivery at assigned sites, aligning with global IT standards and local needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations including end‑user services, infrastructure, and application support.
• Serve as primary technology contact for site/regional leaders, building partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management to minimize disruptions and resolve issues.
• Oversee vendors/service providers, manage contracts and SLAs.
• Drive global/regional IT initiatives: deployments, upgrades, lifecycle management.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, and regulatory compliance for medical devices.
