DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead to ensure end-to-end IT services across LATAM sites located in Chile, Brazil and Costa Rica. You will partner with business leaders, global IT teams, and vendors to drive operational excellence and secure, compliant technology operations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT service delivery or site IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM (incident, problem, change).
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align IT services with business needs and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology service delivery for sites, aligning with global IT standards and local needs.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including end-user services, infrastructure, and apps.
• Serve as primary technology contact for site and regional leaders.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Drive deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop site or regional technology teams.
