• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or MS preferred for advanced roles.
• 6–8 years of progressive IT service delivery or site IT operations experience in regulated environments.

• Provide leadership for technology service delivery at sites, aligning with global IT standards.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations: end-user services, infrastructure, and app support.
• Be primary tech contact for site and regional leaders, building partnerships and satisfaction.
